To start enjoying eSimFLAG plans, you first need to install our eSIM on your mobile. There are several ways to do this, and we will walk you through the process step by step depending on the device you use. Installation is quick and easy, hassle-free.

How do I activate my eSIM?

Before travelling: install your eSIM. To avoid last-minute complications, we recommend installing it right after you have purchased it. All you need is the QR code that we sent you by email or follow the instructions to activate it manually. That way, everything will be ready before you arrive at your destination.

During the flight or when you arrive: set up your mobile in a few simple steps, depending on your device: Android (Samsung):

iPhone (iOS):

  1. Go to Settings > Mobile Data and check that the eSIM is active.
  2. Select your eSIM from eSimFLAG as the data line.
  3. Under Options, enable data roaming.

Android (Samsung example):

  1. Go to Settings > Connections > SIM Manager and make sure your eSIM is active
  2. Under Mobile Data, select your eSIM from eSimFLAG
  3. Under Mobile Networks, enable data roaming.

What if the eSIM doesn't activate?

If 10 minutes after arriving at your destination, the plan has not been activated and you do not have an internet connection, we recommend restarting your mobile. If you still do not have a connection after restarting, contact our Customer Service so that we can help you.

How do I know if my eSIM has been activated?

We'll send you a free text message the first time you connect, confirming that your plan is up and running. You'll also receive another free text message when you have 24 hours left on your plan.
