How to install the eSIM*
How to set up the phoneRemember to do a final setup. Ideally, do it after leaving your country but before arriving at your destination (for example, on the plane)
Automatic connection upon arrivalAfter completing these 2 steps, your eSIM will automatically activate upon arrival, connecting to the corresponding local network. You can enjoy unlimited data connection worry-free
How to check your mobile version?
Go to Settings > About Phone
The automatic installation option is only valid for versions later than Android 16
Log in
Click on the Access button and log in by entering your credentials
Go to Your eSIM and click Install
Click on the Install eSIM button within the Your eSIM section in the client area
Click on Install eSIM
In the automatic install tab, click the button
Done, the eSIM is installed
Your eSimFLAG will appear in your device settings, and it will show as installed in the Your eSIM section in the client area
Go to Settings and select eSimFLAG
In Settings > Connections > SIM Manager > Mobile Data, choose eSimFLAG as your data line
Enable data roaming
In Settings > Connections > Mobile Networks, enable data roaming
Turn off data roaming on your regular line
Make sure data roaming is turned off on your regular line
