Where can I buy an eSIM or data plans?

If it is your first time, you must register before finalising your purchase. If you already have an account, you just need to log in with your details.

Where can I find my invoice?

You can easily view and download your invoices from your customer area. If you'd prefer us to help you, write to us! We're here for you.

How can you download your invoice?

  1. Log in with your email and password from the app or the web.
  2. Go to Your purchases > Order details
  3. Click on the purchase you want to check.
  4. Select ",View Receipt", or ",Request Invoice", to download the PDF.

I can't complete the payment

Here are some quick steps you can follow:

  1. Check your card details
  2. Make sure the number, expiry date and security code (CVV) are entered correctly.
  3. Check with your bank
  4. Your bank may be blocking the purchase. Check if you have received a payment authorisation notification before trying again.
  5. Check if your card allows international payments
  6. Some banks require you to activate this manually. You can confirm this with your bank.
  7. Sometimes the bank takes a little longer to process the payment.
  8. If you still have a problem after a few minutes, try another payment method.

My discount code isn't working

If your discount code isn't working, it may be linked to a personalised link or a webpage from a partner company.

If your code is in a personalised link, but you're having trouble applying it, here are some steps that might help:

  1. Go back to the email or page where you got the information.
  2. Click directly on the link, instead of copying the code.
  3. Check that the discount has been applied in the purchase summary before finalising the payment.
  4. If you can't see the discount, try opening the link in an incognito window or another browser.
  5. Remember that the code only works if you make the purchase directly from that link.

If you received a separate discount code, follow these steps to apply it:

  1. Copy the code you were provided with.
  2. Go to our purchase website or log in to your private area.
  3. In the payment process, select the ",Add voucher", option, paste the code and click ",Apply",.
  4. Make sure the discount has been applied before completing the payment.

In what cases can I request a refund?

You haven't activated your eSIM yet.

You've changed your mind about your trip.

Your device is not compatible.

You had a technical problem and couldn't use the service.

We'll take care of the process. Just follow these steps:

  1. Start a WhatsApp conversation or connect to the web chat.
  2. Select ",I am already a customer", > ",Request a refund",.
  3. We will assign you an agent to help you.
  4. We will only need your email, order number and the reason for the request.

When will you receive the refund?

The refund will be made to the same payment method used to make the purchase. Once processed, you will receive the amount within 5 to 10 working days.
