How long does it take to activate my eSIM?

Once you have installed your eSIM from eSimFLAG and configured your mobile phone, the plan will be activated automatically when you arrive at your destination. You can then enjoy unlimited data for the number of days you have contracted on your plan. If you have any questions, you can find more information in the "Help" > "When is my eSIM activated?" section.

Can I top up my eSIM?

Yes! With eSimFLAG, you can keep using your eSIM hassle-free. Just sign in or register, go to Your eSIMs, select the eSIM you want to top up, and add the country and number of days you need.

For example, if you already have a 5-day plan for Germany, log in or register, locate your eSIM in Your eSIMs and click on "Buy plan" to top up for more days for the country you want.

How long does my eSIM last?

The eSIM that you install on your mobile phone does not expire. You can reuse it as many times as you like by adding new plans, without having to install a new eSIM each time. Just go to your Customer Area, choose your eSIM in the 'Your eSIMs' section and click on 'Buy plan'.

Is the eSIM on another device? No problem. If you buy a plan for that eSIM, it will be activated on the device where it is currently installed (for example, if a family member has it).

Do you want a new eSIM? You can do that too: Just buy one from the public area (without logging in) and a new eSIM will be generated.

How do I identify my eSimFLAG?

Your eSIM is recognised by a unique number called ICCID (18 to 22 digits). You can check this in two places:

  1. In your Customer Area > Your eSIMs > eSIM #xx > View details
  2. In your mobile phone settings: there you can also see the ICCID for each line.

A tip to make sure you don't get confused? On almost all devices you can rename your eSIM. We recommend changing the name to something recognisable like eSimFLAG. That way you can easily identify it whenever you need it.

What happens if I change my mobile phone?

Once you install your eSIM, it is associated with that device and cannot be moved to another one without incurring an additional cost. You can use this eSIM to add any new plans you purchase until you change your mobile phone again.

What happens if I uninstall the eSIM?

Most eSIMs can only be installed once. For this reason, we recommend that you do not delete it from your device, unless absolutely necessary.

Do you need more information about your eSIM? You can identify it easily in your mobile's settings. Click on the arrow next to the name of the eSIM and you will see:

The ICCID, which is the unique number that identifies your eSIM

This way you'll know exactly which one it is, without the risk of accidentally deleting it.

How can I get into my account?

If you've already registered but have forgotten your password, don't worry. Just go to the 'Forgotten your password?' section when trying to log in. We'll send you an email with a link so you can reset it quickly.

Can I use my eSIM anywhere?

Our eSIM works in many countries and regions around the world. To check if your destination is included, just check our list of available countries.
