This channel allows communication between:
- The Customer and eSimFLAG and in no case replaces the usual eSimFLAG Customer Service channels indicated in the General and/or Specific Terms and Conditions of the products and services that the Customer has contracted with eSimFLAG.
- Individuals who are not eSimFLAG customers, who contact eSimFLAG through this channel or who require assistance in completing their contract with eSimFLAG (hereinafter, ‘Non-Customers’).
To use it, you need to have mobile internet access. Furthermore, the customer must have a WhatsApp account, for which they must have previously accepted the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy in force at any given time on this platform. The customer must ask eSimFLAG to be attended to via this channel, first accepting these Terms of Use. Once accepted, the customer may use it as a way of contacting us to resolve any queries or incidents, as well as for any other type of enquiry related to our products and services. The customer is informed that, if they deem it appropriate, they may block communications with eSimFLAG via this channel, using the features provided by WhatsApp. They may also request that eSimFLAG cease contacting them via this channel through the channel itself.
Without prejudice to the conditions established by WhatsApp, eSimFLAG hereby declares that:
If you are a Customer, your data will be processed in accordance with the eSimFLAG Privacy Policy.
If you are not a customer, your data will be processed to address the queries you submit.
