By accepting these Terms of Use, the TELEFÓNICA MÓVILES ESPAÑA, SAU (hereinafter "eSimFLAG") Customer accepts the "WhatsApp" platform, a service provided by WhatsApp Ireland Limited, as eSimFLAG's customer service channel.

This channel enables communication between:

  1. The Customer and eSimFLAG and does not replace the usual eSimFLAG Customer Service channels indicated in the General and/or Specific Terms and Conditions of the products and services that the Customer has contracted with eSimFLAG.
  2. Individuals who are not eSimFLAG customers, who contact eSimFLAG through this channel or who need assistance in completing their contract with eSimFLAG (hereinafter, "Non-Customers").

Mobile Internet access is required to use this channel. In addition, the Customer must have a WhatsApp account, for which they must have previously accepted the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy in force at all times on this platform. The customer must request assistance from eSimFLAG through this channel, first accepting these Terms of Use. Once accepted, the Customer may use it as a way to get in touch to sort out any questions or issues, as well as for any other queries related to our products and services. The Customer is informed that, if they think it's a good idea, they can block communications with eSimFLAG through this channel through the features available on WhatsApp. You may also ask eSimFLAG to stop contacting you via this channel through the channel itself.

Without prejudice to the conditions established by WhatsApp, eSimFLAG informs you that:

If you are a Customer, your data will be processed in accordance with the eSimFLAG Privacy Policy.

If you are a Non-Customer, your data will be processed in order to respond to your enquiries.
